Hi, I’m Allan, founder of Livwell Contracting Solutions. I’ve been working on the tools since I was 18 years old, starting from the ground up and earning my way to Project Manager and Construction Manager at industry-leading contracting companies. Over the years, I’ve developed hands-on expertise in every stage of residential and commercial construction — from renovations and additions to full home builds, house flipping, and ground-up multi-unit and SDU projects.
My career has been shaped by challenges — restoring fire-damaged homes, transforming hoarder properties, and rebuilding spaces others thought were beyond saving. I’ve built my portfolio project by project, year after year, learning through experience, collaboration, and real-world problem solving.
